Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.
Each piece created by TOKI is individually handcrafted using delicate materials such as traditional Japanese Mizuhiki paper cords, natural stones, and precious metals (14K Gold-Filled and Sterling Silver 925). We have made every effort to display the colors, textures, and images of our pieces as accurately as possible. However, because every creation is made by hand, subtle variations in texture, tone, and dimensions naturally occur. We celebrate these gentle differences as the unique signature of the artisan's hand and mindful craft.
3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
Our atelier reserves the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
4. Pricing and Service Modifications
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Our atelier reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without prior notice.
5. Shipping, Customs & Duties
Orders are thoughtfully packaged and dispatched from our studio in Japan. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information regarding delivery timeframes, tracking, and customs responsibilities.
For international shipments outside of Japan and the United States, your order may be subject to local import duties, value-added taxes (VAT/GST), and courier handling fees upon arrival. All such customs duties and related fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
